The Stainless Steel Flat Bar operate under high temperatures up to 870 degrees Celsius. The strength, corrosion resistance and the high temperature tolerance properties make the bars applied in ship building, marine, sea water, chemical, food processing and in boilers and heater applications.

As well as being resistant to corrosion and tarnishing, stainless steel is relatively strong and durable. The metal is antibacterial and unlikely to cause an allergic reaction, although most grades of steel are not hypoallergenic - only surgical steel can be given this title.

Made from SMO 254 (UNS S31254), a super-austenitic stainless steel, these rings offer excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, making them ideal for marine, chemical processing, desalination plants, offshore, and heat exchanger applications. With high molybdenum (6%) and nitrogen content, SMO 254 Rings provide superior mechanical properties and extended service life in harsh, chloride-rich environments.
